Café Maddie, located on Wollaston Beach in Quincy, conveniently provides locals, commuters and destination diners with exciting and elevated food and beverage options.
Whether it be Peet’s coffee and scratch made breakfast sandwiches in the morning, or a signature sandwich or pizza, frozen custard, or a decadent Emack and Bolio’s sundae in the evening, Café Maddie delivers a memorable and delicious experience. Our food is prepared to be taken on the road or if you prefer you can dine in while listening to cool jazz in our greenhouse or sit out on our patio and enjoy the ocean breeze while taking in the ocean view and Boston skyline.
The idea behind Café Maddie is to bring a bit of Boston cool to the south shore with our diverse menu which features a unique line of fresh breakfast sandwiches, gourmet hand stretched pizzas, and stuffed sandwiches. We feature some of the best brands including Peet’s Coffee, Emack and Bolio’s Super Premium ice cream (a Boston favorite), Pain D’ Avignon fresh baked artisanal breads, pastries, and croissants, and Fratelli’s muffins (a local favorite). We also work with Barbara Morse, an award winning and published baker. She provides us with our pound cakes, coffee cakes, the San Francisco Fudge Foggie, and an assortment of madeleines. (see www.enjoymadeleines.com)
We prepare our breakfast items to be eaten on the run in the comfort of your car for your Boston commute (or you can just take a break and enjoy them here before you take the plunge).
Wollaston Beach doesn’t disappear from the map once the weather turns colder. Our freshly prepared gourmet breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, and more, are just as good in January as July. Enjoy in our comfortable greenhouse or take on the road. Additionally, we get that New Englanders like ice cream year-round. Whether it’s a scoop of vanilla topped with gummi bears or our signature Affogato Sundae, we aim to please all our customer’s ice cream needs.
